What people are saying...

Finding a therapist is difficult but Karen is a great place to start. My time in therapy has given me the tools to manage my mental illness in a way where I can live rather than survive. Perhaps the biggest improvement is my ability to be confident in my own decision making, and I have Karen to thank for that.

I have been seeing Karen for over a year now. She is professional, warm and friendly. I've learned some very helpful ways of looking at my situations, emotional reactions and thoughts about them during my time with her. I highly recommend Karen as a therapist.

She is always understanding, never judgemental, and gives solid advice to apply to your specific situations.

When Karen became my therapist a year ago I was struggling with my issues. While working with Karen she has challenged  me, made me laugh and made me cry. She has given me homework. I am a caregiver for my mother who has Dementia with onset of Alzheimer's and I have a grandson that is high functioning Autistic . She has helped me to see I have to take care of myself in order to take care of them. My therapy is helping me to find balance in my life and in my Christian life.

Karen has given me tools to help deal with my anxiety as it rises inside me some days. She has armed me with ways to deal and look at the positives, during bouts of depression. Thank you Karen.
