Research has also shown that EMDR is helpful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic pain and much more. It is designed to help you identify events that cause distress in your current life.
These events get stuck in the brain, body, and nervous system. EMDR helps facilitate the brain's ability to process and integrate the information that is stuck so you can remember the event without the emotional charge. EMDR includes reprocessing negative
manipulative information into adaptive, healthy, and useful information for your present and future.
