Sessions are 45-55 minutes in ​length. If you need to cancel please give a 24 hour notice or you may be charged a session fee.

Fees are due at the time of service. My practice has a self pay rate and I accept Insurance and Medicaid.
If filing insurance, co-pay will be due at the time of service.

Everyone has both strengths and weaknesses in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families to discover and increase their areas of strengths while decreasing problematic areas. Resilience is the ability to experience adversity and overcome it quickly.
Grief & Loss
Have you experienced the loss of a loved one? Maybe you have experienced the loss of a relationship. No matter the source of your grief or loss the pain is real. I would like to walk with you through the healing process. There is a light a the end of the darkness.
