Sessions are 45-55 minutes in ​length. If you need to cancel please give a 24 hour notice or you may be charged a session fee.

I will respect your time in my office.

Fees are due at the time of service. My practice has a self pay rate and I accept Insurance and Medicaid.

If filing insurance, co-pay will be due at the time of service.

Cash, debit or credit cards are accepted.

Grief & Loss

 Have you experienced the loss of a loved one? Maybe you have experienced the loss of a relationship. No matter the source of your grief or loss the pain is real. I would like to walk with you through the healing process. There is a light a the end of the darkness.

 EMDR is a modality to help you heal from traumatic events and disturbing life experiences. It is considered the treatment by choice by several international health organizations for PTSD. Research has also shown that EMDR is helpful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic pain and much more. It is designed to help you identify events that cause distress in your current life.

These events get stuck in the brain, body, and nervous system. EMDR  helps facilitate the brain's ability to process and integrate the information that is stuck so you can remember the event without the emotional charge. EMDR includes reprocessing negative

manipulative information into adaptive, healthy, and useful information for your present and future.​​
